![]() I forgot that these headphones can go both into the USB slot (through an adaptor) or the regular jack. I tried going into my Recording Devices and clicking "Stereo Mix" to try and force 2 channel sound, but that did nothing (not that I really expected it to seeing as that's for recording and not playback.)ĭo I really have to change headphones, or turn sound effects off entirely, to play this game without the handbrake noise while I'm in the car?Įdit: I'm a moron. I tried going into my Logitech settings and disabling Dolby surround sound. ![]() (They're greyed out but if I click them they still activate the sound.) There's a second page that says to check the boxes of the speakers present in my current configuration: I tried unchecking everything so it's just left and right. I go to my control panel and try setting it to "stereo" but there's only one option, that being 7.1. ![]() I'm using Logitech G430 headphones that are 7.1 and I'm getting the handbrake sound.
